FREE IN-STORE POOL & SPA WATER TESTING


Due to provincial COVID restrictions here is our water testing service procedures. We ask that you bring your sample in a washed and rinsed clean disposable water bottle. The bottle will not be returned. You will be provided a water test form at the drop off bin that will need to be filled in and attached to your sample. You will be emailed the results and our recommendations. Due to the high volume of testing, current wait times for water test results are 1-3 business days.

Having properly balanced water is vital to extending the life of your pump, filter, heater, and all other related equipment. We are pleased to provide our customers with free in-store computerized water testing for their pool or spa water. Our staff will provide step by step recommendations to balance your water properly.   


Swimming Pool Water Testing Services

Our staff will guide you through the recommendations and answer any questions that you might have. They will tell you exactly how much of each product to add, how to add it and when to add it. By following these recommendations, it takes the guess work out of balancing your water chemistry properly. By having your water balanced properly at all times it helps protect all your equipment from chemical corrosion. It also creates a safe and healthy balanced water environment for you and your family to enjoy. Equipment such as heaters or product warranty such as for liners which are sensitive to water chemistry usually require customers to maintain ongoing water testing records for manufacturer warranties to be applicable.

To avoid possible problems and to ensure your water stays chemically balanced we recommend you bring a water sample into us for a full analysis at least once a month (once every week or two for new pool owners until you get the hang of things). Some of the things we test for are:
